There is always ample metered parking on either side of the street on Alhambra Cir.. There is off street parking to the north of 255 Alhambra (back side of the building) and vehicle access is from the west side of the building off Salzedo however parking in this garage is much more expensive than metered parking on the street.
Easiest route from the Northeast or Ft Lauderdale:
South on I-95, west on 836. south on 37th Ave. (Douglas Rd), west on Alhambra (three blocks north of Miracle Mile or Coral Way). Our building is one of two glass cube buildings on Alhambra just about 100 feet west of Ponce de Leon on the north side of Alhambra. The building has a glass facade and has a Bank United branch office on the first floor and a Bank United sign at the top of the building. The Commercebank Center (parking garage section) is across the street on the south side of Alhambra.
Easiest route from the Northwest:
South on I-75 then South on 826 to 836 then east on 836 to LeJeune Rd South (SW 42nd Ave), then south on LeJeune to Alhambra Cir (aprox 3.5 miles). Go East one block on Alhambra Circle and we are on the north side of the street. The building has a glass facade and has a Bank United branch office on the first floor. It also has a Bank United sign at the top of the building. The Commercebank Center (parking garage section) is across the
street on the south side of Alhambra.
Easiest route from the South:
Go north on US 1 until LeJeune Road, then left on LeJeune and keep on LeJeune going north until the intersection with Alhambra Circle. Go right on Alhambra Circle then about one block going east. 255 Alhambra is on the left (north side) side of the street in the BankUnited building.
Easiest route from the Miami International Airport:
South on LeJune Rd (SW 42nd Ave), to Alhambra Cir (aprox 3.5 miles), East one block on Alhambra Cir. and we are on the north side of the street, the building has a glass facade and has a Bank United branch office on the first floor and a Bank United sign at the top of the building. The Commercebank Center (parking garage section) is across the street on the south side of Alhambra.
